Can I change my headcount after signing a contract?
Yes. We’re not going to charge you for ghosts. At other places, you have to stick with that number. With us, you’ll have up until 30 days out to confirm your headcount.
Do you have vegan and vegetarian?
We can accommodate any dietary restriction (Celiacs, gluten free, etc.) easily.
Tell me about your vendors?
We love our vendors. All our vendors are Ritz-Carlton Vetted, professional, friendly, safe, and approachable.
Can I customize the menu?
Yes.
Can we do a walkthrough?
Yes. We recommend doing a walkthrough 1-2 days before.
Can we mail stuff to you?
Absolutely. We recommend you do this for purchases that add a special touch to your wedding.
Tell me about your flowers?
We’ll put you in touch directly with the best florists to make sure you get the exact style you like.
Tell me about your DJ and music?
Our DJ will send you a questionnaire ahead of time, so it’s all completely personalized for you.
Can we speak to the Minister / Officiant?
Yes, we’ll put you in touch directly with them.
Do you offer live musicians?
Yes, we’ll put you in touch with the musicians so they can let you know exactly what they can do for you.
Can we drive to the venue on the day of?
We have space for about 5 cars, but we don’t recommend you drive. We have an open premium bar, and we don’t recommend that you get on roads you’re not familiar with after enjoying yourself.
Do you set up transportation for us?
We’ll put you in touch with our preferred vendor to save money and get the best rate.
How about hair & makeup?
We recommend 3 of the best hair and makeup stylists for you, so you can choose who you want.
What about the wedding cake?
We’ll put you in touch with them directly.
What other upgrades do you have?
We have Caribbean fire dancers, rum & cigar bar, champagne wall, champagne towers, sparkler send offs. Ask us if there’s something specific you know you want.
What excursions do you have?
Your wedding doesn’t have to just be a 1 day experience. If you’d like, it can be a multiple day experience. Working with us, we’ll recommend the best people to you and you can book directly with them.
Can we have a rehearsal dinner at Villa Norbu?
You can, but we don’t recommend it because you’ll lose the wow factor of coming into Villa Norbu for the first time, and amazing people on your wedding day. Instead, we’ll help you coordinate a really special experience at another venue or restaurant. We do that to preserve the wow factor.
How will the weather be / can you tell me about the seasons (hurricanes, rainy season?)
Weather can be hit or miss in the Caribbean. We always recommend a company that insures your whole wedding for about $250, including flights, etc.
What happens if we need to change dates?
If you have to change dates, you will get credited for anything you’ve invested into your project. You won’t lose anything. We’ll move the date for you.
Is your venue handicap-friendly?
This is a hilly island, and there are stairs to get to the ceremonial area Villa Norbu. What we often do is set up anyone with a great view from just above, to look down and see the whole ceremony. We can also put their phone on FaceTime to see it from a closer up angle, without being left out.
Tell me about accommodation?
We’ll not just connect you to the broker, but to the villa owners directly so you can get the best deal. We have relationships with all these people. With hotels, we’ll connect you with the right people to get room-block rates. We streamline accommodations for you and make it easy.
